1973 Nov Split from Hamada Denki Kogyo's metal scrap department and established HAMADA Company with capital set at 31.2 million yen.
Jitsuo Hamada took over as CEO
1975 Jun Acquired a metal scrap business (Osaka) license and dealer in secondhand goods (Osaka) license
1978 Aug Acquired a general construction license (public works, scaffold construction)
1989 Sep Acquired a transportation and collection license for industrial waste (Osaka). Acquired preceding licenses for other prefectures as necessary
1993 Nov Acquired a license for measurement certification
1993 Dec Applied for changes to the transportation and collection license for industrial waste in Osaka (establishment of temporary storage facilities)
